Atlanta Police Department

  • Shawn D. Danielson, 43, of Atlanta, arrested June 26, 2021 at 11:13 p.m. at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

Illinois State Police

  • Phillip D. Banks, 33, of Lincoln, arrested June 25, 2021 at 11:15 a.m. at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

  • Kelvin D. Simmons, 18, of Dallas, Tx., June 25, 2021 at 4:20 p.m. on Broadway Street on a Dallas TX warrant on charges of unlawful restraint and kidnapping.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Dustin T. Camp, 42, of Lincoln, arrested June 27, 2021 at 1:37 a.m. on Short 11th Street on charge of driving under the influence.

  • Sabastian M. Harold, 19, of Lincoln, arrested June 25, 2021 at 4:19 p.m. on Centennial Court on charges of criminal trespass to residence, possession of methamphetamine, and obstructing justice and on a Logan County Warrant 2020 CM 97 on a failure to appear on a domestic battery charge.

  • Zhakir A. Johnson, age 19, of Decatur, arrested June 26, 2021 at 11:16 p.m. on Pulaski Street on a Piatt County warrant 2020 CF 29 on a theft charge.

  • Brody I. Koeppen, 21, of Lincoln, arrested June 25, 2021 at 3:16 p.m. on Delavan Street on charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

  • Jason Overby, 49, of Lincoln, arrested June 25, 2021 at 7:02 p.m. at his residence on a Logan County warrant 2020 CM 31 on a Failure to appear on a violation of an order of protection charge.

  • Darrell E. Sherrer, Jr., 50, of Lincoln, arrested by the June 27, 2021 at 12:44 p.m. at his residence on charge of traveling to meet a minor.
