State Sen. Sally Turner (R-Beason) joined with fellow Senate Republicans to call for the passage of Senate Bill 1350 to help root out government corruption.

“Our Caucus has introduced dozens of bills aimed at curbing government corruption, but not a single one has been given a committee hearing.

“Our proposals strengthen the measures found in the Senate Democrats own legislation, and include additional provisions that are necessary to clean up the ongoing corruption that plagues our state.

“It is time for the General Assembly to finally act and pass meaningful ethics reform. Without it, the lack of public trust will only continue to grow.”
