The Board of Education of Mount Pulaski School District 23 made a
decision at Monday’s regular meeting to non-renew its long-time
Varsity Volleyball Coach.
Donna Dulle has been the Varsity Volleyball Coach in Mount Pulaski
for 40 years, winning two state championships and capturing 12 state
trophies. Mrs. Dulle retired from her position as a physical
education teacher in 2015.
The Board of Education is appreciative of Mrs. Dulle’s long and
successful career in Mount Pulaski. However, the Board has
determined that it is time for a new chapter in the Mount Pulaski
volleyball program.
The school district will be accepting applications for high school volleyball
and junior high volleyball coaching positions and will also have an opening for
a physical education teacher.
