Lincoln Police Department

  • Marvin T. Bradburn, 56, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 6, 2021 at 8:12 a.m. on First Street on charge of theft.

  • Darrell L. Benedict, 58, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 6, 2021 at 12:46 p.m. on First Street on charge of theft.

  • Harry L. Loeffler, 54, of Lincoln,   arrested Nov. 5, 2021 at 7:40 p.m. at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

  • Brian J. McGinnis, 47, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 7, 2021 at 11:07 p.m. on Broadway Street on a Broward County, FL warrant.

  • Nolan R. Slayton, 23, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 6, 2021 at 11:09 a.m. on North Kickapoo Street on charge of trespass to property.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Douglas R. Graber,  42, of Atlanta, arrested Nov. 7, 2021 at 2:42 p.m. at his residence on charge of possession of stolen property.

  • Beau L. Harshman, 28, of Pekin, arrested Nov. 5, 2021 at 12:04 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant 2018 CF 27 on charges of criminal damage, theft, and burglary.

  • Byron E. Helton, age 41, of Mount Pulaski, arrested Nov. 7, 2021 at 9:40 p.m. in Mount  Pulaski, on charge of violation of bond.

  • Joseph L. Huff, 38, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 5, 2021 at 11:45 a.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant 2020 CF 95 on a failure to appear on an aggravated battery charge.

  • Angela Mangalavite, 41, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 5, 2021 at 5:10 p.m. in Middletown, on charges of theft and driving while license revoked.

  • Steven T. Schaub, 58, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 7, 2021 at 8:21 a.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant 2021 TR 1151 on a failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge.
