Sommer Bohannon named LTEC Student
of the Month

Sommer Bohannon, daughter of Lisa & John Bohannon, was named Student
of the Month for the cosmetology program at the Lincolnland
Technical Education Center. Sommer is a senior at Lincoln Community
High School.
Ms. Angelia Nott, instructor, says that Sommer has been an
outstanding student! She is always ready to learn and most
importantly always willing to help others learn. Her technion skills
match her wit and impressive ability to communicate, which is 80% of
what we learn in Cosmetology. Effective communication and the art of
inspiring beauty alone with the talent to demonstrate her talents to
achieve any desired look. She is a great student and has the
potential to be successful in any field she pursues. I feel blessed
to have her in my class and to watch her progression in cosmetology.
Sommer Has been on the swim team for 2 years, LTEC cosmetology for 2
years and is in the LTEC cooperative education/work place experience
class also.

Sommer’s future plans are to go to school and study in the human service
industry.
Sommer received $50 from the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln who sponsors this award
