Historical Society hosts fundraiser Friday and Saturday

Framed photographs of Lincoln Lakes and the Logan County Fair are
among items being made available for the Friday, Oct. 1, and
Saturday, Oct. 2, "Garage Sale" of the Logan County Genealogical and
Historical Society.
Other specialty items being offered are an Amazon Kindle, full size
dust pan music box, copies of the 1886 Logan County history, copies
of the 1953 Lincoln Centennial Edition of the Lincoln Evening
Courier, other collectible magazines and newspapers, and a pillow
featuring the Logan County Courthouse.

More than 100 paperback and hardback books have been donated for this sale,
along with jewelry, household items, a doll chair, standing fan, storage units,
auto accessories, cottage screens, Christmas items and much miscellaneous.
The Logan County Genealogical & Historical Society is located at 114 N. Chicago
St., across the street from the Lincoln Depot. The sale will be open Friday from
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Masks will be required.
Donations will be accepted until 5 p.m. Thursday.
