[April 14, 2022]   Hi, my name is Charlotte and when I saw the ad for the 911 telecommunicator position, I thought it would be the perfect fit for me. I've always been interested in emergency services but had more of a background in customer service.

I've been with the Logan County Sheriff's office for a little over two months but have quickly noticed that when calling 911 during an emergency the information you give us is vital to the emergency services response.

We understand staying calm during an emergency can be difficult, but we're trained and prepared to help you through it.

The most important piece of information you can give is location!

If we don't have any other information at that time, we can at least send first responders or officers.
