Habitat for Humanity of Logan County to break ground on home build 27 on April 24th

The public is invited to participate in Habitat for Humanity of Logan County’s Groundbreaking Program for the 27th home in Logan County on Sunday, April 24, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. The site is 330 Fourth Street at the corner of Pine and 4th Streets in Lincoln.

This home will be built by the 2022-23 class of LTEC/LCHS Building and Trades students under the supervision of Matt Puckett Program Supervisor and John Ford, Instructor.

This is the future home of Anthony Gitelson and his son, Micah.

Those participating in the program will include Mayor Tracy Welch, Ward 2 Alderman Sam Downs and Tony Zurkhammer, Pastor Spencer McPheron of the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Heyworth and members of the Habitat for Humanity Board President Tonita Reifsteck, Vice-president Dean Leesman, Secretary Laura Tomlinson, Assistant Secretary Laura Sandrolini, Treasurer Cathy Tiffany, Assistant Treasurer Bob Chamberlain and members Doug Graff, Carrie Osborn and Jamie Voyles.
