Nicholas L. Knell, 20, of Lexington, passed away on Saturday, March
26, 2022, at Kindred Hospital in Peoria. |

Service:
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday,
April 9, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the
Lexington Community Center in Lexington.

Obituary
Nicholas L. Knell, 20, of Lexington,
passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Kindred
Hospital in Peoria.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday,

Lexington Community Center in Lexington.
Cremation Rites have been accorded.
Nicholas Lee Knell was born on April 14, 2001, in
Bloomington the son of John Knell and Misty Hodge.
He is survived by his mother: Misty Hodge; maternal
grandfather: David Hodge; one brother: Jonathon
Petersen; and three sisters: Tennishan Petersen,
Riley Bone, and Mia Bone.
He was preceded in death by his maternal
grandmother: Teresa Hodge. |
Nick graduated from Lexington High
School and was employed at R & R Certified Tire and
Auto, LLC in Bloomington.
He loved basketball, playing video games, and
hanging with his friends.
Memorials may be made to his family.
Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of
arrangements.
