“The Illinois Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference and competition is a great way for students to show the skills they will take into the workplace,” said Linda Lambert. “Our PBL students represent the College in a great way, and these high marks demonstrate their hard work inside and outside of the classroom.”

Students placing 1st or 2nd at the State Conference will compete in the National Leadership Conference held in Chicago June 24-27. Heartland students will compete against over 2,000 students representing 44 colleges and universities from throughout the United States.
