Letters to the Editor

Lincoln Daily News welcomes letters of appreciation, information and opinion on matters pertaining to the community.

Controversial issues:
As a community we need to be able to talk openly about matters that affect the quality of our lives. The most effective and least offensive manner to get your point across is to stick to the issue and refrain from commenting on another person's opinion. Letters that deviate from focusing on the issue may be rejected or edited and marked as such.

To the editor:

If the Supreme Court's recent reversal of Roe v. Wade worries you or your loved ones, plan to attend the Logan County Democrats Rally for Women's Rights at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, in Lincoln's Scully Park.

Hear from experts how to restore the rights that the Supreme Court has ripped away from millions of American women. Learn how we can work together to restore those rights and safeguard the health and well-being of all Americans.

Gary Davis, Chair
Logan County Democrats
