Lincoln Police Department

  • Katy L. Mattingly, age 27, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 8/27/2022 at 4:14 a.m. on Ottawa Street on Criminal Trespass and Theft charges.
     

  • Budd W. Estep, age 35, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 8/27/2022 at 3:00 p.m. on Hickox Drive on a DUI charge.
     

  • Tyler W. Richardson, age 30, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 8/28/2022 at 6:47 p.m. on Ottawa Street on a Violation of Order of Protection charge.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Tramar C. Bussell, age 22, of Chicago, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 8/26/2022 at 11:40 a.m. at the Logan County Sheriff’s Office on Logan County Warrant 2018 CF 190 on a Failure to Appear on a Possession of Cannabis charge.
     

  • Joshua C. List, age 38, of Mason City, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 8/27/2022 at 12:23 a.m. in Emden, IL on Possession of Methamphetamine and Delivery of Methamphetamine charges.
