Marsha Fernandes and Spud Newhouse selected as the Grand Marshals for 2022 Lincoln Christmas Parade
 

[November 30, 2022]    The 2022 Downtown Lincoln Christmas Parade Grand Marshals are Marsha Fernandes and Darwin “Spud” Newhouse.

Marsha and Spud were nominated by a member of the board of the Logan County Tourism Bureau with the nomination being supported unanimously by the board.

Marsha and Spud have both put in countless hours on the Tiny Home project, administered by the Central Illinois Veteran’s Commission. The Logan County Tourism Bureau wishes to recognize Marsha and Spud for their hard work and commitment to the community!

Marsha and Spud will be front and center at the Christmas parade at 6:30 p.m. on December 1st.
