Lincoln Police Department

  • Larry O. Franklin, age 42, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/19/2022 at 8:16 a.m. on College Ave on Stalking and Violation of Order of Protection charges.
     

  • Michael A. Martin, age 31, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/19/2022 at 10:45 a.m. at his residence on a Domestic Battery charge.
     

  • Chad M. Harberts, age 42, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/19/2022 at 4:04 p.m. on 5th Street on Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of Methamphetamine charges.
     

  • Laura N. Allspach, age 35, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/19/2022 at 4:04 p.m. on 5th Street on Logan County Warrant 2022 CM 78 on a Failure to Appear on a Battery charge
