Lincoln Youth Wrestling competed in the Clinton
Challenge Wrestling Tournament Sunday December 18th; the result
was as follows.
Tot Division (6 & under)
Owen Crawford & Latrelle Watkins were Champions.
Jaxon Byrd placed 2nd.
Ember McGuire was 4th.
Bantam Division (Ages7&8)
Keaton Parrish and Lukas Martin placed 2nd.
Coltyn Edwards and Jesse McCain were 3rd.
Grant Tierney took 4th.
Intermediate Division (Ages 9&10)
Jayce Naugle placed 2nd.
Beau Melton & Graham Tierney were 3rd.
Tatum Bateson took 4th.
Novice Division (Ages 11&12)
Liam Whitehead placed 2nd.
Senior Division (Ages 13 & 14)
Cameron Bell was Champion
LYW placed 10th in the team standings out of 23 Teams with 205
points. Olympia won the tournament with 294 points, Panther
Youth Wrestling Club and Williamsville Wrestling Club tied for
2nd with 267 points.
Lincoln Youth Wrestling will be traveling to Rochester to
compete in the Meet in The Middle Youth Wrestling Tournament
Sunday January 8, 2023.
