The Lincoln Junior High School Trojan Wrestling
Team took home 1st place in the fourth annual Dawson Duals.
The Trojans went 4-0 to take home 1st place honors by defeating
Stephen Decatur with a score of 90-10, Warrensburg-Latham 102-6,
Beardstown 90-10 and Orion in the title match by a score of
54-53.
As the Team continues to improve, the fun and excitement level
has risen.
The next tournament will be in Jacksonville at the Bowl on
January 7th.
The next home meet will January 11, 2023, at 5 p.m. when the
Trojans take on Kingsley and Mahomet-Seymour.
The community is invited to come out and support the LJHS
Trojans.
