Part two:  Finding your Ancestors series

Part two of the Finding Your Ancestors series sponsored by the Logan County Genealogical & Historical Society will begin at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 21, in the American Legion hall Mary-Pat room.

Information from Part one of the series, Exploring Resources, will be available at this session. Part two will explore how to research your home, how to become a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and Historic Preservation. Representatives from the DAR, Historic Preservation, and LCGHS researchers will be on hand.

Refreshments will be served following a brief business meeting.

The LCGHS Center on Chicago Street remains closed during restoration work following a fire in an adjacent building. It is anticipated the building will be reopened in the spring.
