Water rescue operations underway in Salt Creek

 

[February 22, 2022] 

The Logan County Sheriff's Office was notified of an accident involving a vehicle in Salt Creek at approximately 9:04 p.m. Monday, February 21, 2022.

Information was received that one occupant may still be in the water.

Multiple agencies and dive teams responded to the scene to conduct water rescue operations.  due to water depth and speed, operations were suspended in the early morning hours.

Agencies are assessing conditions and will resume search and recovery operations this morning.
