Obituary
James M. Williford, 55, of Lincoln,
passed away on November 21, 2021, at his home.
Cremation Rites have been accorded. A Memorial
Service will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022,
at 4:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Southern Baptist Church
following a visitation at the Peasley Funeral Home
from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
James Michael Williford was born January 31, 1966,
in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Thomas E. and Joyce
A. Brabham Williford. He was united in marriage to
Rachel Puyod. She survives in Lincoln.
James is also survived by two children: Uriah
Williford and Whitney Williford, and one brother,
Thomas (Dilfuza) Williford. |
He was preceded in death by his
parents. One brother, Robert Williford, has since
passed away.
James had been the pastor of the Southern Baptist
Church of Lincoln. He had also been involved in
missionary work throughout Russia, Central Asia, and
China.
Memorials may be made to the Lincoln Southern
Baptist Church.
Arrangements were entrusted with Peasley Funeral
Home of Lincoln.
