Rhonda Shirley Named Lincoln Memorial’s May Colleague of Month

Rhonda Shirley, a patient access associate, is the Lincoln Memorial Hospital Colleague of the Month for May.

The patient access services department has recently dealt with its share of employee absences due to COVID-19, and Shirley graciously worked extra shifts to ensure patients’ needs were met quickly and compassionately, said Rochelle Caruthers, one of Shirley’s co-workers in patient access services at the nonprofit hospital, who nominated Shirley for recognition.

Shirley has worked at Lincoln Memorial Hospital since 2018.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, reading and watching football.
