Logan County Genealogical and Historical Society
President Bill Donath will be the guest speaker at a program
presented by the Atlanta Public Library District, on Wednesday, July
20th at 6:30 p.m.
He will be speaking on his new book titled “The Spanish Influenza
Epidemic in Logan County, Illinois, 1918-1920.” Donath is a Lincoln
College and Illinois State University graduate. He taught in
Elkhart, Broadwell, and Woodland School District from 1970-2003.

He retired and joined the Logan County Genealogical & Historical
Society in 2003. Since joining, he has been President for 10 years, Treasurer
for five years, and a Co-President for one.
The program will be presented at 114 S.W. Arch Street in Atlanta.
