Historical Society to meet at the Mill on Route 66 Museum in July

The public is invited to tour Lincoln's historic Mill
Restaurant & Museum, 738 S. Washington St., and view a power point
during the Monday night, July 18, 6:30 p.m. meeting of the Logan
County Genealogical & Historical Society.
Emma Mammen, museum clerk, will present the power point as she
relates the history of the iconic restaurant and its relationship
with Route 66.

All artifacts will be on display, including those from the
original restaurant, The tropics, and the Pig Hip.
Her presentation will be followed by a brief business meeting. Refreshments will
be served.
