Heartland Community College has named Jennifer Kirby as Director of
the College’s regional center in Lincoln.
Kirby will lead the strategic planning and operations of Heartland
Community College Lincoln (HCCL). She will direct, develop and
enhance external relationships in the Logan County area to promote
the College and support students, programs, and services.
“Jennifer has been a dedicated and valued employee of the College
for over eight years and we are very pleased with her desire to
assume this next level of leadership,” said Kelli Tillery Hill, HCC
Vice President of External Relations. “Jennifer has supported
post-secondary students professionally at HCC and elsewhere for two
decades. Her experience, coupled with engagement in programs
impacting many central Illinois communities, will be invaluable to
Logan County, Heartland, and our students.”
Kirby has worked at Heartland Community College since June of 2013
when she joined as an Advisor and Recruiter. Since June of 2019, she
has served as Associate Director of HCCL. She previously held
positions with Robert Morris University, MacMurray College, and
Illinois State University.
