Lincoln Police Department

  • Ethan L. Cafin, age 24, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 3/18/2022 at 3:37 a.m. on Lincoln Parkway on a DUI charge.

  • Daniel M. Marter, age 34, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 3/17/2022 at 9:36 a.m. on Kankakee Street on a Duty to Register charge.

  • Chad A. Osland, age 43, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 3/17/2022 at 1:10 p.m. on Sherman Street on an Aggravated Assault charge.

  • Keegin D. Osland, age 18, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 3/17/2022 at 1:10 p.m. on Sherman Street on an Aggravated Assault charge.

  • Eric L. Powers, age 45, of Clinton, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 3/17/2022 at 4:44 p.m. on Feldman Drive on Logan County Warrants 21 CM 175 on a Failure to Appear on a Theft charge and 21 TR 597 on a Failure to Appear on a Driving while License Suspended charge.
