This past Sunday, the Boy Scout BBQ in Lincoln was well attended by the community. The dining room area of the Lincoln Knights of Columbus ballroom was filled with tables full of happy guests enjoying the tasty smoked pork with traditional sides.

 

 

The dessert table was filled, and volunteers stayed busy keeping it so.

 

Around the room, boy scouts and volunteers stayed busy making sure each guest was happy and tables were cleaned and ready for new arrivals.

 

The carry-out room was also quite busy, with a long line of folks waiting to grab a boxed meal and choice of desserts to enjoy at home.

 

 

The boy scout fundraiser is an annual event in Lincoln. The proceeds go to support local boy scout activities and help provide gear for members who cannot purchase all they need to be a scout.
