HIF President Rick Kidd (left) presented a donation from HIF to the Marine Corps League Commandant Jim Harnacke for their assistance on the ramp construction. “The ramp was repurposed from the home of a veteran who had passed. We try to reuse all of the items possible,” Commandant Harnacke stated.

Members of Marine Corps League 1336 gather on the ramp at the new entrance door to the museum. Members in attendance were (not in order) Jim Harnacke, Bill Dennis, Gene Hickey, Owen Eaton, Bill Stauffer, Mike Downen, and Joe Schaler.

The ramp and concrete walk lead to the new entrance to the museum. Construction by the Marine Corps League was assisted by volunteers from Heritage-in-Flight.
