The Lincoln Woman's Club offered a great event on Saturday, November
12th,
for people anxious to start their holiday shopping. The LWC
Sellathon featured local home-based businesses with a wide variety
of items for shoppers to see, touch, and hopefully buy.
The event at the women's club building on North McLean Street
featured many well-known name-brand products such as Pampered Chef,
Tupperware, and "31." In addition, there were some home crafters in
the bunch with lovely hand-made items that were indeed unique and
exclusively offered by the crafters, guaranteeing a special
gift-giving opportunity.

While the snowflakes were trying to fall
outside, the warmth of the woman's club and the pleasant
atmosphere for shoppers and vendors was heartwarming through and
through.
Shoppers perused the many items and then stepped outside to grab
a warm beverage from the Brew 66 coffee truck owned by Taylor Hoinacki.
