Public Service Announcement
This winter, if you are ill or exposed to illness, please do not come to the Logan County Courthouse

With the onset of winter weather, the Logan County Court System is reminding those who have business in the Logan County Courthouse, including but not limited to court staff, parties to cases, attorneys, jurors, and witnesses, that they SHOULD NOT ENTER THE COURTHOUSE if they:

1. have new flu-like symptoms including fever, cough, or shortness of breath (excluding such symptoms caused by chronic conditions);

2. currently have been directed to quarantine or isolate at home by any medical provider or public health official; or,

3. reside or have regular close contact with a person currently subject to a quarantine or isolation direction by a medical provider or public health official.

If any of the those conditions apply to you, please DO NOT enter the courthouse. Please contact your attorney or the Logan County Circuit Clerk’s office by email or telephone. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
