Today the pink picture in Lincoln Daily News features our good friends at Lincoln Logan May Enterprise Insurance Agency. These folks are in the business of selling insurance. As responsible agents, they will tell you that the best way to avoid a claim is to reduce your risk or exposure to losses to the best of your ability.

Did you know you can do the same thing when trying to avoid Cancer? While there are genetic ties to many cancers, there are also physical conditions that can increase your risk.

At least 18 percent of all cancers and about 16 percent of cancer deaths in the US are related to excess body weight, physical inactivity, alcohol consumption, and/or poor nutrition.
