On Tuesday, August 23rd, four new Police Patrolmen were welcomed by the Lincoln Police Department and the City Council. Wyatt Collier, Josh Durban, Patrick Hoban, and Donovan Roberts were sworn into their new roles as Patrolmen by City Attorney John Hoblit.

The four join Patrolman Takarri Long, who was sworn into duty in May.

The five new officers were hired as others within the department have retired or left the LPD to pursue other interests.
