Mount Pulaski defeats Athens 
Lady Toppers and Warriors join forces to raise money for PINK Night 
 

[September 06, 2022]   The Lady Toppers defeated Athens in three sets on Thursday night, 25-23, 18-25, 25-22 the scores.

Alexis Wade led the Lady Toppers with 12 kills, 19 digs and 4 blocks.

Alyson Murphy tallied 6 kills.

Hailee Daigh led the team with 26 assists.

MaKenna Wilham had 13 digs.

Kamrie Charron had 4 aces. 

In the JV contest, Mount Pulaski lost 18-25, 25-23 and 13-15. 

Mount Pulaski improved to 2-1 on the season. 

Together Mount Pulaski and Athens raised over $1,500 on PINK Night. The money will benefit Liz Barrett, who currently lives in Athens. Barrett was the former Elizabeth Donath, who grew up in Elkhart and was a 1994 graduate of Mount Pulaski High School. Barrett’s daughter is on the Athens volleyball team.
