Child restraints ARE REQUIRED in golf carts

It has been brought to our attention that some Golf Cart and Side by Side owners are not properly securing their children under the age of eight years old.

I want to remind everyone whoever is in control of operating a golf cart or a side by side is responsible for themselves and all passengers while traveling on the city streets with the proper safety restraint system. Children under the age of eight years old must be in a safety restraint system as they would be in your motor vehicle when traveling any where.
