On
Saturday, the Young Conservatives of Logan County led
volunteers in placing 2,977 American flags on the Logan
County Courthouse lawn in Lincoln. The flags were set to
commemorate the 21st anniversary of the September 11th,
2001 terrorist attacks and the lives lost.
The flags will remain on the lawn throughout this week.
The group will be removing them on Sunday, September
18th.
