Nichole
Folkman is the winner of a grant awarded by Voya Financial
for the Hartsburg-Emden CUSD # 21 school district.
Folkman is the district librarian at Hartem and leads the
Stags Read Community Literacy program. She won the $2,000
grant as part of the Voya Unsung Heroes awards competition
and is the only winner in Illinois. |
