The first day of the fair marks the first night of the carnival, but first there is work to be done

Tuesday morning was full of activity setting up the carnival area. Crews were putting rides together, washing down and hosing off rides. A lot of attention was given to make sure everything was secure and ready for the flurry of activity coming. Signage with instructions and warnings, ticket booths, fire extinguisher installation were all part of making sure safety was number one.
