Stations featuring a balloon artist, henna
tattoos, beading, rock painting, and coloring kept children
entertained at the Lincoln Stage end of the exhibit buildings. Just
outside the door, kids could play with jump ropes, hula hoops, and
bubbles, and get creative with sidewalk chalk.
Attendees got a special treat when newly-crowned Logan County Fair
Queen Ellyn Martinez, Junior Miss Logan County Ellie Wrage, and
Little Miss Logan County Kodi Eigenbrod dropped by to mingle with
the children and enjoy their own henna tattoos and balloon art
creations.
Organizer Bethany Rademaker kept everything running
smoothly for participating families, even after a late night
directing the Miss Logan County Fair Queen contest and coordinating
all three pageants. Happy kids left the building playing with
balloon dinosaurs and admiring the henna designs on their arms.
