  • Andrew C. Cline, age 20, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 8/20/2023 at 1:09 a.m. on Short 11th Street on DUI charges.

  • Joseph P. Ostrander, age 33, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 8/18/2023 at 9:43 p.m. on Connolley Road on Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 2023 CM 9 on a Failure to Appear on an Aggravated Assault of a Peace Officer charge.
