The City of Mt. Pulaski will hold a Public Meeting on
Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 6:15 p.m. at City Hall, 113 S. Lafayette
St., Mt. Pulaski, to provide interested parties an opportunity to
express their views on the proposed sidewalk improvements project.
The project consists of the construction of a new ADA
compliant sidewalk (includes new construction and removal and
replacement of existing non-compliant sidewalk) to connect Mt.
Pulaski CUSD #23 to a network of existing and proposed future
sidewalk routes.
All construction will be ADA compliant and meet all
IDOT specifications.

The city intends to apply for up
to a maximum of $250,000 in Safe Routes to School Program –
Cycle 2023 funds through the Illinois Department of
Transportation.
