  • Forest D. Ballard, age 59, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/10/2023 at 3:59 p.m. at his residence on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Methamphetamine Possession, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Logan County Warrant 2012 CM 272 on a Battery charge.
     

  • Nicki J. Jackson, age 42, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/11/2023 at 3:58 a.m. on 3rd Street on an Adams County Warrant.

  • Jeffrey D. Jones, age 54, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 12/9/2023 at 11:40 p.m. on 8th Street on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Controlled Substance charges.
     

  • Michael D. Doolin, age 40, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 12/10/2023 at 11:23 a.m. on Lincoln Parkway on a Driving while License Suspended charge.
     

  • LeMarcus D. Yates, age 19, of Springfield, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 12/11/2023 at 6:45 a.m. in Springfield, IL on Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle, Theft of Motor Vehicle, Attempted Theft of Motor Vehicle, and Possession of Burglary Tools charges.
