Lacie
Schultz, daughter of Rik and Amy Schultz, was named February Student
of the Month for the Nursing 101 program at the Lincolnland
Technical Education Center. Lacie is a senior at Greeenview High
School.
Mrs. Christina Fink, instructor, says that from day one, “Lacie has
been a wonderful student to have in class. She has demonstrated
admirable time-management, multi-tasking skills by always having her
work completed and being prepared for exams. Lacie works well with
other students in the classroom and lab setting. She comes prepared
to learn and is willing to expand her nursing skills each day. I
love that she has a plan for her future and is being proactive with
making it happen. I have no doubt that Lacie will succeed at the
college level.”
Lacie is in the scholastic bowl, WYSE team, stem club, art club,
National Honor Society, junior Cia, yearbook and student council.
She has been in volleyball, track & field- state two years.
Her plans are to attend college to get her BSN. Afterwards, she
would like to go onto work at a hospital.
Lacie received $50 from the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln who sponsors
this award.
