  • Robert J. Stiverson, age 41, of Decatur, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 7/28/2023 at 8:54 a.m. on State Route 121 on Aggravated Domestic Battery and Interference with Emergency Communication charges.
     

  • Terry L. Tibbs, age 42, of Lincoln, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 7/28/2023 at 11:06 p.m. at his residence on Domestic Battery, Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer, and Resisting Arrest charges.
     

  • Timothy R. Hannah, age 30, of Lincoln, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 7/29/2023 at 10:29 a.m. on 5th Street on a Warrant charge.
     

  • Timothy R. Hannah, age 30, of Lincoln, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 7/29/2023 at 10:29 a.m. on 5th Street on a Warrant charge.

  • Tyler C. Helton, age 27, of Lincoln, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 7/30/2023 at 1:18 p.m. on 5th Street on a Domestic Battery charge

Logan County Sheriff's Office

  • Jason N. Lee, age 41, of Springfield, IL, was arrested by the Logan County Sheriff's Office on 7/28/2023 at 8:04 p.m. in Hartsburg, IL, on a Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charge and on a Logan County Warrant 2018 CF 2 on a Failure to Appear on a Residential Burglary charge.
