Lincoln Fire responds to Saturday call on North Kickapoo Street

City of Lincoln Firefighters responded to a call on Saturday June 3rd of a structure fire at 1516 North Kickapoo in Lincoln.

Fire crews arrived on scene and found a single family structure with fire showing and heavy smoke.  The fire was quickly extinguished with no injuries reported.

Post Script:  According to fire chief Robert Dunovsky, the dwelling was currently in transition between tenants, so there was no loss of shelter for anyone.  The house did sustain significant damage.
