Community
Action Partnership of Central Illinois’ (CAPCIL) is asking community
members within their six-county service area for help.
As a Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) grantee, CAPCIL is
required to complete a Community Needs Assessment. The Community
Needs Assessment is a comprehensive process to determine needs and
resources within the community to lift individuals and families out
of poverty and encourage self-sufficiency. They survey customers and
community members in hopes of collecting as many responses as
possible. The responses help gather meaningful data and help CAPCIL
decide how to best use grant funds and shape CSBG work programs.
The community member survey can be completed online by visiting
www.capcil.info and scanning the QR code on the pop-up window.
