  • Courtney N. Buggs, age 36, of Lincoln, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 10/18/2023 at 7:29 p.m. on Pulaski Street on a Violation of an Order of Protection charge.
     

  • Sophie R. Pointer, age 30, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 10/18/2023 at 10:38 p.m. on Keokuk Street on a Criminal Trespass charge.
     

  • Shane D. Proctor, age 47, of Lincoln, IL, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 10/18/2023 at 11:43 p.m. on Stahlhut Drive on a Criminal Damage charge.
     

  • Sophie R. Pointer, age 30, was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on 10/19/2023 at 12:55 a.m. on Stahlhut Drive on a Criminal Trespass charge.
