Shay Parking Lot in Lincoln to be briefly closed Friday morning

Shay parking lot on Clinton street behind the Arcade in Lincoln will be temporarily closed the morning of Friday, August 16th while Street Department crews complete work on the parking lot.

All parked vehicles must be removed by midnight on Thursday the 15th.

The parking lot should only be closed a few hours after the work begins at 7am.
