LINCOLN – Lincoln Memorial Hospital has completed its community
health needs assessment report and listed its three priorities online
for the public to view. They are cancer, mental health and healthy
weight. Mental health was also singled out as a priority for all five
hospitals in Memorial Health.
LMH will develop an implementation plan to address these priorities in
fiscal year 2025 through 2027.
To complete the assessment, Lincoln Memorial Hospital collaborated with
the Logan County Department of Public Health and other health and social
service providers that represent vulnerable members of the community.

“No single hospital, agency or governmental body can be entirely
responsible for the community’s health,” said Dolan Dalpoas,
president and CEO of Lincoln Memorial Hospital. “We encourage the
public to view our local data findings and apply them to any local
initiatives, grant applications or programming. Our community
partners are vital to this effort, and we look forward to working
together to address these critical health needs faced by many.”
Completing a community health needs assessment and
report is required of nonprofit hospitals every three years as part
of the Affordable Care Act of 2010.
