  • Joseph L. Huff, age 41, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/13/2024 at his residence on a Theft charge.
     

  • Carol A. Rittenberry, age 42, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/13/2024 on Logan Street on a Theft charge.
     

  • Kourtney A. Majors, age 27, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/14/2024 at her residence on a Domestic Battery charge.
     

  • Andre A. Skinner, age 49, of Hacienda Heights, CA was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/15/2024 on Stahlhut Drive on an Aggravated Battery on Security charge.
     

  • Carly A. Gile, age 33, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/15/2024 at her residence on a Domestic Battery charge.
