  • Mark A. Hedrick, age 48, of Kincaid, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/26/2024 at 2:14 p.m. on Logan Street on a Logan County Warrant 2024 CM 163 Failure to Appear on a Possession of Burglary Tools and Theft of Property From a Place of Worship charges.
