Sunday Cruise in highlights Route 66 attractions in Atlanta

The Atlanta Betterment Fund invites the public and all area classic and vintage car owners to a Route 66 Cruise-In on Sunday, July 28th. This free event will be held from Noon-3:00pm in the Atlanta City Parking Lot off Vine Street in downtown Atlanta.

Tour Atlanta's new American Giants Museum. There will be special opportunities for car photos on the driveway in front of the museum that mimics a vintage gas station.

While in Atlanta, stop at one of the fun shops, including Arch Street Artisans, the Artful Market, Vicky's Boutique, the Curiosity Shop, and Midway 154.

Food will be available at Chubbys, the Country Aire Restaurant, Phat Daddy's BBQ Food Truck, Missy's Bakery at the Palms Grill Café, Rob Polen's Grilling, and Dairy Queen.

You can also tour the J. H. Hawes Grain Elevator Museum, take your picture with the Bunyon Giant, visit the Atlanta Museum & Route 66 Arcade, and the Atlanta Historical Coal Mine. Then stroll around and see all the Cruise-In cars.
