Senator Sally Turner hosts fundraiser in Lincoln

Dozens gathered at Spirited Republic Wednesday evening to support Senator Sally Turner. Turner briefly spoke thanking attendees for their support and emphasizing the importance of fighting to keep Logan Correctional in Logan County.

Several local, state, and federal officials were in attendance including Representative Bill Hauter, Representative General Wayne Rosenthal, Eric McNamara who is spearheading the fight for Logan Correctional, and the Honorable Lisa Holder White, Illinois Supreme Court Justice.
